A friendly voice, every single day
Daily reassurance calls for older adults and people with disabilities living alone.
9 out of 10 people want to age at home — this is what helps make that possible.
Reassurance Phone Calls
A reassurance call is a short daily phone call from a trained volunteer, checking in on someone who lives alone, just to say hello and make sure everything's okay.
Every day, our volunteers make more than 250+ calls. A friendly hello, a real conversation, and a check that everything's okay. Our clients range from 46 to 102 years old.

Personal Emergency Response (PERS) Check-ins
A PERS pendant connects a person to emergency operators at the press of a button. Our volunteers make monthly calls to confirm issued units are working, and help coordinate returns or replacements.
CONTACT doesn't issue pendants directly — that's handled by Atlantic County.
Atlantic County residents interested in using a Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS) should call (888) 426-9243 or (609) 645-5965 to get started.
